Our Account Services cover a wide array of client needs. It’s not just about making sure the client is happy when we set out on any one of our capabilities (of course happiness is priority), we want to make sure the client has visibility in everything we do.
project Management
Our Account Services team oversees the campaign process from start to finish by crafting timelines and adhering to deadlines. It is the Account Service team’s responsibility to ensure that internal communication is clear and that the client receives all deliverables on time.
Client Communication
An OutCold Account Manager is the client’s main point of contact throughout the process of a campaign or build project. The communication process is unique to the project and client, though typically, the Account Manager will hold weekly touch base meetings with the client to discuss program details throughout the entire process.
Budgeting
Our Account Service team works with each client to get the biggest bang for their buck. We strive to incorporate your “wants” while staying within your budget. It’s on us to go the extra mile and show our attention to detail.
Tour logistics
If our client is looking to take their brand on tour around the country or outside the U.S. through a mobile media or experiential program, our Account Service team will help determine the most efficient routing schedule and handle all the logistical planning along the way.
staffing
We handle sourcing of staff members, conducting interviews and holding in-depth brand and personality training sessions. Our network is nationwide and have a great report with all of our external staffing.
insights & analytics
It is our Account Service team’s responsibility is to provide clients with insight gathered from the campaign. Dependent on the duration of the event or tour, we gather data and draw insights to share with the client weekly or post-event. This information can be used to determine the effectiveness of the campaign and help shape the client’s marketing strategy moving forward.
